OUR SPACEs
TOWER THEATRE
The main room, and the reason people know the address. A fully restored 1937 auditorium with a terraced main floor — each tier two feet above the last, so every sightline works — plus original balcony seating overhead and a marquee out front with your name on it. Reconfigurable for banquet dinners, theater-style presentations, or a full standing crowd.
- Concert-grade house sound system
- Professional stage lighting & video projection
- Terraced main floor + restored balcony
- Capacity – 1,027 total
PONYBOY UPSTAIRS
Next door at 423 NW 23rd, the upstairs room at Ponyboy is where the night turns up. A dance floor, a DJ booth, and a full bar in a space that works just as well for a cocktail reception at seven as it does for a dance party at midnight. Ideal on its own, or as the after-party to a Tower event.
- DJ booth and dance floor
- Full bar with dedicated staff
- Steps from the Tower Theatre lobby
- Capacity – 100
GREEN ROOM
Downstairs at Ponyboy, the Green Room is our most intimate space — dark green walls, lush plants, low lighting, and a bar built around craft cocktails, martinis, and a tight wine and beer list. The right room for a rehearsal dinner, a VIP reception, a private tasting, or anything that’s better with fifty people than five hundred.
- Vintage-styled lounge seating
- Craft cocktail program
- Street-level entrance at 423 NW 23rd St
- Capacity – 50
